The company was founded by Gabriel Sârbu, a consultant with 17 years experience in finance out of which more than 10 dedicated to tax advisory. Beside tax, Gabriel offered finance support, for a number of years, to the European Commission, working for the Civilian Mission held by the European Union in Niger. Gabriel is fluent in English and has an advanced level of French.

His client portfolio includes gas and power companies, automotive, financial institutions, transporters and constructions and real estate companies.
